As you know, only way to play the Last Stand is finding 2 players in public match. The small patch was pointless to and didnt really change any core gameplay mechanics. All players work for the same score pool and receive the same amount of points at the end of the game.
As for few people I noticed that during the week only 20 - 50 peeps are online but on the weekends you can find as many as 800+.
